Natalie is a registered art psychotherapist and seasoned play practitioner. With a wealth of experience, Natalie specializes in working with special needs individuals, children, youths, and families in diverse settings.

Natalie adopts a relational and collaborative approach in working with her clients to facilitate inner awareness of their experiences, strengths, challenges and resources. Understanding the unique needs of her clients, Natalie adapts a wide range of creative approaches, such as art, sand, LEGO and play within a trauma-informed framework in her clinical practice.

Beyond her dedicated clinical work, Natalie shares her expertise through engaging and insightful trainings and workshops. These sessions are designed for working professionals, organizations, and individuals interested in delving into the realms of art therapy, mental wellness, and the integration of arts into their programs.
