Art psychotherapy integrates creative expression with psychological understanding to support emotional regulation, behavioural challenges, trauma, social difficulties, and developmental needs.

Sessions are typically conducted on a weekly basis to ensure continuity and therapeutic progress. The 5-session commitment allows for structured initial work and review of progress.

Psychological Assessments
Assessments are conducted by our Associate Psychologists under the supervision of a Registered Clinical Supervisor.
Comprehensive Psychological Assessment - $750
All assessments include a clinical interview, standardised testing, comprehensive written report, and feedback session with recommendations.

Assessment types may include:
• Cognitive (IQ) evaluation
• Learning assessment
• ADHD assessment
• Autism spectrum screening
• Emotional and behavioural assessment
A clinical interview is required prior to confirming the appropriate assessment battery.
Important Information
Payment is due at the start of each session. A minimum 24-hour notice is required for cancellations. Commitment packages are non-refundable.
